Panel Shading

This tool lets you calculate the degree to which parallel rows of flat solar collector panels (solar thermal or PV) shade each other. It can also be used to calculate the panel power, relative to full, direct sun. Please read the important instructions, notes, and FAQ pages before using this tool. You may click on the input labels for additional help.
